Today I was lucky enough to attend the Zumba class held at The Roundhouse Community Primary School in Loves Farm.........IT WAS AMAZING!
Now I have been to other Zumba classes and just didn't feel it (I do believe that after one of the classes I even hit the gym!), not to say that the atmosphere isn't brilliant in the bigger classes but I just didnt think the actual routines and teaching was up to scratch.
So when one of my good friends set me a challenge to go to her class and not feel the burn I decided that it would be awfully rude not to.
Even my lack of sleep from working Sunday night nd all day today (FYI I'm still awake now) I found it such a fun, vibrant workout that anyone can do to their own ability.
So please, please, please
